They are quick and easy to meal prep. Make it with fresh vegetables and protein and you’ll have the perfect portable lunch to-go. Not only do mason jars make your salad look more appetising, they are also great at keeping your ingredients fresh. Just add your dressing to the bottom of the jar to stop your salad from going soggy.
Put your snacks in compartment boxes
Afraid to bring large packets of foods into work incase you graze on them all day? Using compartment containers might be the option for you. When prepping your lunch, you can cut up hard boiled eggs, jerky and biltong or veggies and fruits and put them into the different compartments within your Tupperware. If you have a sweet tooth, you could even add your favourite sweet or chocolate to one of the compartments. The small portion will keep you satisfied but not stuffed.
